In order for any program to be a success, it needs a focus. Our main focus, as has been stated through out the website, is developing leadership (through education and experience) while building local economies.

The concept of a focus is maintained by the curriculum we offer as well. Our curriculum is based on what we believe (and studies have shown) will help make the best leaders in the communities we serve.

Our program is based on cohort groups. In essence, people working together towards one common goal. In other words a small group of people taking the same class together and helping each other to understand what is being taught in the conceptual classroom and working together to put it into action in the community through the experiential component of the program.
