There can be no doubt that the world we share presents many challenges and many obstacles that must be overcome. That being said there also can be no doubt that America has been up to the challenge for over two centuries.

Our program is designed to help develop future leaders, while stimulating local economies, in an effort to ensure our shared challenges continue to be met.

Our program is based on the premise that the macro economy (national) works only if the combined micro (local) economies are working. We provide a program that is designed to generate local support and local patronage for local businesses. In turn, local businesses create local jobs and provide opportunity for the development of local leaders. In essence, we provide the tools that are needed for a bottom up approach to economic stimulation. 

We provide the tools needed to fix the local economy at the lowest level, which in turn will provide the foundation for the growth of the national economy.  The synergy that is created using our program, not only addresses the current economy, but also provides an opportunity for the development of leadership, innovation and productive contribution from local residents and local businesses through a wide variety of conceptual (classroom) and experiential (hands on) education programs.

We believe that the local economy is more than what is happening today. It must also address what will happen in our community's future. In this sense we mean the development of leaders who understand the micro and macro economic paradigm.

Our program is designed to build a partnership between current local leaders and future community leaders, while building a bridge to the local residents that each party seeks to serve and satisfy.

In other words, we have created a program that rewards local businesses, helps to develop future leaders and helps identify and then satisfy the needs, wants and desires of the current and future market.
